I'm a mom of 2. I have been overweight for as long as I can remember. I started this journey at 378 pounds, a crazy high number on the scale and am working hard towards creating a healthy lifestyle for myself.
I have a personal blog, this isn't it. This isn't where you'll learn about my daily activities. This is where I will talk about my success, struggles, and everything else related to my weight loss journey.
This blog is public. My hope is that it gives people who were/are like me hope that they can do this too.
I have not had weight loss surgery. I have not tried any fancy diets. I am doing this by counting calories (MyFitnessPal) and exercising a minimum of 4 days a week.
